Paul has a healthy obsession with titanium strength software. Elegant solutions require thoughtful, efficient design. Brilliant front-ends married to equally well thought out back-ends. When Paul’s not tinkering with blockchain platforms, you can catch him family-timing or experimenting with grilled food and dry rubs. Reading about history helps him slow down. At home, he’s responsible for kitchen organization and on the basketball court he’s a three-point magician.

Chris

Co-Founder and Opportunity Mastermind

Chris has an insatiable desire to play business match-maker. His first entrepreneurial sales role, as a seven-year-old, involved rescuing stray golf balls from water hazards, cleaning them off and selling them back to high handicap golfers. When he’s not the ambassador of buzz, he’s testing his latest stand-up comedy routine on his family and friends. Chris can also be found in his gardens, tending to his honey bees or channeling his creative energies into culinary recipes that taste great “60% of the time, all the time”.

Andrew

Global DevOps Extraordinaire

Andrew loves to design things and fiddle with everything technology – regardless of the decade the technology evolved. When he is not architecting world-class applications or leading our teams in the Philippines and Costa Rica, he travels near and far to find the best tasting Filipino Adobo. This ubiquitous dish is a Philippine favorite and Andrew is no stranger to frequenting the best local haunts. Family time is his primary focus when he’s not dropping code.

Jaime

Chief People Motivator

Jaime is ITA’s senior cultural guardian. She maintains organizational efforts centered on all of our human capital integration and recruiting efforts in the U.S. and globally. Fun-loving teams of superhero developers need to be selectively recruited and need to be inspired from day one. Smoking hot collaboration between teams of technologists has to be stimulated and inspired in creative ways. When Jaime isn’t recruiting and keeping all of us in harmony, she loves to hit the gym.

Kim

Vice President, Client Operations Prophet

Kim is ITAccelerate’s operational trailblazer and corporate liaison during the client onboarding process. When Kim isn’t streamlining projects and optimizing resources, you will likely find her gardening, perfecting her Dolphin Plank Pose in yoga class or heading to the beach for the weekend.

Phillip

Executive Director, Development

Phillip is fanatical about web and mobile development and leading our international teams. ITAccelerate’s development services and solutions thrive under Phillip’s direction. On the weekends, Phillip loves striking a shuttlecock at the local badminton club and grilling meats.

Jessa

Director of First Impressions

The art of recruiting the best talent for our demanding clientele meets science and technology under Jessa’s direction. Fast-paced doesn’t accurately define the swiftness needed to keep up with today’s demands for the development superheroes. As a corporate matchmaker, she knows how to deconstruct the needs, culture and professional skills required by our clients and provide highly scrutinize and vetted talent to exceed our client’s expectations. When not cultivating IT talent, Jessa loves to inspire her children to explore the outdoors.

Protector Puppy

Beckham, AKA, Scrubby Dog is in charge of security and keeping all facilities well protected. Squirrels, rabbits and any other passers-by our U.S. headquarters trigger his bark alarm. When he’s not sleeping nearby or seeking the team’s affections, he loves to chew on stuffed animals. Thoughts of long walks in the country or road trips to the beach with his friends Duke and Zoey keep him smiling and happy.
